leaflets-for-webYear 6 Graduation Film

A filmmaker will spend the day helping you produce a lovely memento for your Yr 6 class and their parents. They will help the students create a series of clips that capture their experience of the many happy years they have spent at your school.

The children will be introduced to filmmaking techniques and then helped to put them into practice using high quality broadcast equipment. Past films include, interviews with friends and teachers, secret places, favourite games and school tours. Parents tell us that their teenagers still watch their leaver’s dvd, glad to be able to remember their friends and their old school. The resulting documentary is premiered at the end of term in front of friends and family and each child will receive a DVD.

quotation mark leftThis project has been wonderful for our children, for our parents and for the whole school. When everyone was watching the film on the big screen at the leaver’s assembly it really bought home what a fantastic job they had done.” Pania Maloney – Yr 6 coordinator Rotherfield primary school
