Camden coding – 3 years of coding excellence
Camden Coding is a three year project that aims to excite and invigorate coding in camden secondary schools. Our workshop leaders visited each school and delivered Lego robotics or Engduino workshops. Every year we worked with all nine schools under the LEA and delivered 4,800 hours of quality coding to over 1,300 students. Each student worked in pairs or alone and developed their practical coding skills. The year finished with the fantastic Camden Coding Challenge where eight schools competed in a day of coding challenges, (watch the film). Press release.
Students and parents can use the videos we have created to get a better understanding of what will happen in class. There are also resources for further study and some excellent links.
