DVD Studio Pro

Course Overview
This course is designed for those who want to learn the basics of authoring professional quality DVDs with DVD Studio Pro and who prefer a hands-on interactive instruction to explore its functionality. Students will learn how to create and encode MPEG 2 video and "author" a DVD by creating menus, buttons, interactive links and simulating and burning a DVD for playback on a computer or home DVD system.

Entry Requirements
Editing knowledge required (preferably Final Cut Pro)

Tutor
Tom Haycock has a degree in Film Studies from the University of Canterbury and a great depth of knowledge of the digital media world, having worked for the industry for fifteen years as a Video-Jockey, Cameraman, Editor, Motion Graphics Artist, A/V Coordinator and The Big Chill music festival.
